National Commodity Operators Oman LLC has signed a twelve-month supply programme covering monthly gasoil liftings into East African discharge ports, backed by confirmed letters of credit and independent inspection at both ends of the voyage.
The programme adds to the company’s existing product flows in the region and is supported by additional storage capacity contracted at a regional hub.
