About Us

A privately owned oil supply, trading and operations company built around cargo control, contractual discipline and long-term supply relationships.

Who we are

National Commodity Operators Oman LLC (NCO) is a privately owned oil supply, trading and operations company. We source, ship and deliver crude oil, refined petroleum products, gas and bulk commodities for refiners, distributors, shipowners and industrial end-users, acting as principal on every transaction we conclude.

Our mission

To supply the international oil and gas industry – upstream, downstream and distribution – with a dependable physical service in niche product lines, giving our customers stability in volatile markets.

Our vision

To become a world-class oil supply, trading, gas and refining company through the integration of upstream and downstream businesses across dedicated strategic business units.

100% commitment to quality

Since our establishment our principal objective has been the provision of a superior service to our customers, achieved through strict adherence to the highest safety standards, compliance with local environmental law, and the benchmarking of our operations against world-class practice.

  • Trade compliantly. Full sanctions, AML and origin screening on every counterparty and every vessel.
  • Operate safely. HSE standards applied at loadports, storage terminals and during discharge.
